The highest ticket price to watch the Da Nang Fireworks Festival is 3 million Vietnamese Dong

Ticket prices for the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2023 range from 800,000 to 3 million VND, depending on the seating location.

On May 9th, the DIFF organizing committee announced that tickets for seating area A (the main central area) would be priced from 1.5 to 3 million VND per ticket, while seating area B (the left and right wings) would range from 800,000 to 1 million VND per ticket. Children under 1 meter tall can enter for free when accompanied by an adult.

Residents and tourists can purchase tickets by accessing the website of the organizing committee or through the hotline. Tickets purchased on the website will receive a 5% discount. The seating capacity on the stands is approximately 5,000 seats per night. Therefore, the organizing committee recommends purchasing tickets early.

The DIFF was first organized in 2008. This year, the festival returns after a 3-year hiatus due to Covid-19 and is scheduled to take place from June 2nd to July 8th at the stage by the Han River. There are 8 participating teams, including teams from the UK, Italy, Poland, France, Australia, Canada, Finland, and the representative team from Da Nang, Vietnam.

The festival’s theme this year is “A World without Distances,” aiming to showcase the strong recovery of global tourism after the pandemic. Each team will have a 20-minute performance according to the designated theme on each respective night, as determined by the organizing committee. The themes are as follows: Peace for Humanity (June 2nd), Love Without Borders (June 10th), Conquering Dreams (June 17th), Dance of Nature (June 24th), and A World without Distances (July 8th).
