Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park is a national park in Bo Trach and Minh Hoa districts, Quang Binh province, about 50 km northwest of Dong Hoi city. Phong Nha-Ke Bang is located in an area of about 200,000 hectares of limestone in the territory of Vietnam, the territory of Laos adjacent to this national park also has an area of about 200,000 hectares of limestone mountains.
The fact that Phong Nha-Ke Bang is recognized as a world heritage site along with the continuous discovery of wonderful caves here is announced by the British Royal Cave Association as a way of advertising nature, a boost for tourism development, especially attracting international tourists to Phong Nha Ke Bang tourism.
