Exactly flight details is an important information
When you need to book a private car transfer service from Airport to your hotel, fly ticket’s information is the needed.
We need to know: flight number you will arrival in Danang airport (ex: VN123; FD636, UO558, MI632…), then arrival time of your fly (ex: 11:30AM; 21:00…) all in Vietnam local time!
- Hotel information and number of people in your group and luggage
Beside flight number and arrival time, your hotel name and address is one of important information we need to know. If your accommodation is an Airbnb, please let us know the name of Airbnb and phone number of owner. Our driver may need it to call to owner of apartment if he can’t find the address.
How many people in your group and how many luggage do you have is also needed information. We will offer with good car can fix your people and luggage. Ex: 2 people and 2 carry on luggage and 2 bags, a sedan can fix. From 4 people and 3 luggage- SUV will do it better than sedan.
- Updating the status of your flight
Check the status of your flight and let us know if there are any delay, or earlier arrival time. It will be help us so much if you updating for us your flight status.

- Airport pick-up instructions:
An assigned driver will be waiting for you at the arrival area. Danang Airport only has two exit for incoming airlines are International Arrival and Domestic Arrival. After passing customs, retrieving luggage, and going through the last security/luggage checkpoint, passengers will go out through the main airport exit. It is here where you should seek our driver with a sign. We will have a visible sign with the name ̈Ms EMMA SMITH¨. Please wait in this final exit area until you locate the sign/driver. Our driver will then transfer you to your final destination.
- What to do if you can’t locate your driver?
The amount of time it takes to go from your aircraft, to passing customs, retrieving luggage, and on to the final exit area will depend on arrival schedules, amount of checked in luggage you have, and other variables. In most cases, the amount of time can be from 15 minutes (if you only have carry on luggage) up to an hour. There is only one exit for all incoming flights.
Once you reach this section of the airport, you will find an enclosed area where you will encounter a crowd of people waiting to meet their family, friends, or clients. It is in this area where you should seek a sign with your name (or group name).
In rare cases, you might not see your sign. If you can’t locate your sign / driver right away. Don’t panic; it is likely that there was a traffic jam getting into the airport, or the crowd of people at that time is quite large, or perhaps your driver briefly stepped out to take a call or go to the restroom. Wait patiently in this area until you locate your sign / driver.
In the event that you’re wait time has exceeded 15 minutes and you haven’t located your sign and driver. Please call to us at the number included in your service voucher. We will support you on time.
