Today, the studio boasts 100 sculptors working with the artists to develop and realize their ideas. Au Lac Wood Art supports vocational training and local labor, prioritizing young people as a way to provide them with job opportunities and to preserve the art of wood carving. The workshops, located outside Hoi An, also train and employ disabled people: ten disabled wood carvers now work at the gallery, earning a stable income and working equally.
