The People’s Council of Thua Thien Hue province has approved a Resolution regulating the collection rate, mode of collection, payment, management and use of fees for visiting Hue historical and cultural relics belonging to the complex of Hue. Ticket prices to visit Hue are applied to Vietnamese and foreign visitors at the same price, specifically as follows:

100% free tickets to visit places and routes in Hue:
- Children under 6 years old;
- People with severe disabilities;
- Students from primary, secondary and high schools in Thua Thien Hue province organize an annual extracurricular excursion;
- Survey teams, press and media come to work, promote Hue heritage and local tourism registered with Hue Monuments Conservation Center.
For children from 7-12 years old: Free tickets at Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities, Hon Chen Palace, An Dinh Palace, Nam Giao Forum.
For Vietnamese and international guests (adults and children): Free admission tickets from the 1st to the 3rd day of the Lunar New Year.
For guests who are Vietnamese citizens: Free admission on Hue City Liberation Day (March 26) and National Day (September 2).
In addition, on the basis of the above-said fee, Hue City selects a number of sightseeing spots and routes to decide on a specific reduction in a suitable time period for domestic tourists to stimulate tourism demand, the maximum reduction is not more than 35% compared to the prescribed fee.
